2. Nature of Service

Whoosit provides a platform enabling users to communicate via secure, masked communication without revealing personal contact details. The platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not control user interactions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account confidentiality, and are fully responsible for all activities under their account. Users must comply with all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Whoosit for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass security or exploit the platform, may result in suspension or termination.

5. Communication and Masking

Whoosit enables masked communication to protect privacy. However, complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for their interactions.

6. Intermediary Status

Whoosit operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2021. We do not initiate or modify user communications and are not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whoosit shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including user interactions, misuse, service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our control.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activities. Users may delete their account anytime.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by Sysquare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (cloud, communication APIs). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

12. Privacy

Use of Whoosit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to those practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

14. Grievance Officer

In accordance with IT Rules 2021, users may contact our Grievance Officer. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

15. Changes to Terms
